Arielle Mesa

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW RYT
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hello and welcome! My name is Arielle and I am a trauma-sensitive somatic psychotherapist, psychedelic consultant, and reiki provider. I approach therapy holistically, creating space to honor one's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual experiences. I help people explore how their identities, lived experiences, and ancestry are deeply woven into their perception of the world to promote the deeper self-understanding necessary to strengthen their inherent capacity to heal from within. I specialize in working with people ready to heal from the impact of childhood abuse and neglect, sexual and domestic violence, parental loss, and complex grief. I also support people who are intentionally preparing to sit with plant medicine for healing purposes or who have journeyed recently and are looking to integrate their experience further. If you feel like your needs align with the spaces I hold, I invite you to reach out to me.
