Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Psychologists

At Atlanta CBT, we partner with children (ages 2+), teens, and adults to provide private, specialized, and personalized cognitive behavioral therapy. We are experienced licensed psychologists and therapists with warm, collaborative, and guiding styles. We see clients in our Inman Park, Atlanta office and through telehealth. We are able to see clients in 35 states via PsyPact.

At Atlanta CBT, we specialize in helping people manage anxiety, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders, post traumatic stress, other stress, and insomnia. We are also solid generalists so we are able to identify and treat co-occurring problems like depression, mood instability, and addictive behaviors.

We can offer college students:
- cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- general CBT skills infused with mindfulness training
- dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training
- family and couples’ therapy for families and couples affected by anxiety and or ocd and related disorders

We also have the experience and understanding needed to help clients with other challenges like grief and loss; drinking/drug use; binge eating; chronic pain; managing or adjusting to injury or chronic medical or health issues; relationship difficulties; parenting; racial stress and anti-racism; and career or school concerns.

We especially enjoy working with creative types, executives, professionals, and students. All therapists at Atlanta CBT are LGBTQ+ affirming and we strive to provide culturally-affirming care for our clients.
