Psychologist, PsyD
Accepting clients Last Updated 18 days ago

In the constant pursuit of success, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves, making it difficult to fully feel emotions, deeply connect in relationships, or consistently savor the joy of accomplishments.

I enjoy helping high achieving adults better understand themselves, effectively manage their emotions, deepen their relationships, and find a greater sense of purpose.

I specialize in helping clients navigate complex trauma, relationship issues, workplace stress, imposter syndrome, and identity exploration.

I enjoy working with clients from diverse communities and identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and other underrepresented populations.

If you'd like to learn more about me or my practice, feel free to check out my website or schedule a free consultation.
