Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, NCC, MA
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

Many of my clients are college students and young professionals who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, procrastination, stress, loneliness, relationship issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed by this season of life. Whether you're trying therapy for the first time or you've been before and felt like you hit a plateau, we'll work together to find an approach that feels like the best fit for you and your goals.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, warmth, compassion, and curiosity. I want therapy to feel like a soft landing place—a space where you can bring whatever is weighing on you into the light without judgment. Together, we'll explore what you're experiencing, make sense of it, and find ways to help you move through daily life with more ease, confidence, and self-understanding.
