Feeling like you're going through life without support or the right tools can be overwhelming—reaching out for help is a significant step toward wellness and healing. Congratulations! Here you are, taking that first step. I believe that, within a supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationship, anyone can rediscover their inner strength and resilience. As your therapist, my mission is to work alongside you, creating an environment that respects your individuality by helping you explore solutions that align with your values and sense of self.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, gender identity, and sexuality. I am particularly passionate about helping those from diverse backgrounds, including members of the queer community, neurodivergent individuals, and those with the non-monogamous or kink communities.
My approach to therapy is flexible to your unique needs. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed care while being sensitive to your specific experiences. Therapy should be a space for growth, empathy, and even moments of humor as we work together. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
