Hello, I'm Christina, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With a background in working with adolescents dealing with trauma and family issues, as well as veterans both during and after my graduate studies, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. I've also worked extensively with the general population in psychiatric settings, which has further honed my skills and understanding of diverse mental health needs. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), which underscores my commitment to providing specialized care for those affected by trauma.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength-based, focusing on empowering you to build self-esteem and confidence. I believe in the power of a solution-focused mindset and am adept at helping individuals problem-solve and find practical ways to improve their lives. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable and understood.

Throughout my career, I've held management roles, but I deeply miss the direct clinical practice and the profound gratification that comes from connecting with and helping people on a personal level. I am dedicated to helping you succeed and feel confident in your life, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

I specialize in treating a variety of issues, including addiction, dementia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, military and veteran support, OCD, PTSD, stress, and trauma. My diverse experience allows me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

I accept Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Optum Veterans Affairs, Cigna, United/Optum, BCBS, and Tufts insurance plans, making it easier for you to access the care you need.

If you're ready to take the next step towards a more confident and comfortable life, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to find the solutions that will help you thrive.
