My goal is to help you become more flexible, aware, and skillful in how you approach life challenges. I work collaboratively, integrating my training experiences to respectfully support you in growth. Students often work with me to shift patterns of anxiety or depressed mood, to make progress on health goals, to reclaim the energy wasted on perfectionism or overly harsh self-criticism, to improve the quality of their relationships, and to manage stress more efficiently. I also specialize in perinatal mental health (pregnancy, post-partum, parenthood transition). I am offering mainly online sessions, and as a member of PSYPACT I can often continue to work with you online while you visit home or work/study outside of Pennsylvania.
