Friends and family are not noticing your pain as you have mastered hiding it, leading to confusing feelings of loneliness, guilt and shame. Perhaps deep down you know you want to live your life authentically but feel unsure of where to begin. You might be feeling afraid to look at what is inside "pandora's box."
