​We are a caring practice that offers individual, couple and family psychotherapy to help with emotional issues and mental distress. Focusing on transitions, adjustments and changes that cause stress are part of the issues we can help and support with.
Personal difficulties are understood as part of a broader social and cultural environment. Our approach is interdisciplinary and integrates psychological counseling with creative expressions.
My office is a welcoming, private and comfortable. A space to talk, rest and create. Clients are offered various modes of communication in order to explore their feelings, thoughts and relationships with themselves and with others and the world around .
