Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate (LPC-A), working under the supervision of Stephanie Michelle Taylor (LPC-S) at Ellie Mental Health-Cy-Fair. My passion lies in empowering individuals aged 15 and up to navigate life’s challenges and embrace their true potential.

My areas of focus include guiding clients through Trauma, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Grief, Neurodivergent Issues, and various Life Situations. I believe that understanding and accepting your life experiences is key to creating a healthy lifestyle.

Drawing from my personal struggles with mental health and neurodivergence, I take a highly personalized approach to therapy, allowing me to empathize deeply with my clients. I practice a variety of different types of therapy, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your needs.
