Therapy is a space for you to be fully YOU - and to discover what you can become - in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Most people start therapy because they are struggling: overwhelmed by personal stressors, times of adjustment and transition, or past trauma. You don't have to do it alone. I am here to support you with a warm, authentic, human connection. I use my experience and training to help you get closer to where you want to be. As we work through your struggles, you will learn to uncover inner strengths and cultivate a greater sense of purpose and meaning.
I practice therapy from an LGBTQ+ affirmative stance and particularly enjoy working with creative types and those going through life transitions.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
