Have you been feelings stressed out, misunderstood, lonely or sad? Are you been having trouble focusing at school, communicating with friends/family or even finding motivation? If so, therapy can help. I believe that therapy can be a safe place where to express your inner thoughts and feelings, develop skills and gain understanding about yourself and this changing world.
I use a collaborative, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral approach. This means that together, we are going to create a treatment plan that best fits your needs. Either you want to engage in self-exploration, or gain new skills to better cope with life stressors, or maybe you want to focus on solutions to your current issues. Together, we can choose an approach that can help you reach your goals.
