Omega Therapy Practice is a full service counseling service offering several approaches to meeting the needs of a diverse and inclusive clientele including first generation immigrants, professionals of color, the LBGTQ+ community and fellow residents of Massachusetts.
I focus on strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), cognitive therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. My approach incorporates effective therapy techniques in the positive use of coping strategies. Additionally, I use a holistic approach inclusive of mindfulness techniques to provide a framework in which an individual can work through their problems while balancing everyday life.
