I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in both the states of California and Massachusetts. I provide depth-oriented, psychodynamic therapy via telehealth to individuals and couples. I see teens, college students, and adults of all ages and backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, life transitions, family of origin issues, identity development, and the impacts of trauma. Of these concerns, I specialize in developmental trauma, college students, and anxiety.
I specialize in and am passionate about working with emerging adults/undergraduate/graduate students (~18-29 years). My several years of working at different college counseling centers throughout the US has provided me a rich understanding of the various difficulties undergraduate and graduate students face during this day and age. I also appreciate the nuances, complexities, and unique backgrounds each individual brings to therapy, and thus pay special attention to each person's intersecting identities. My goal is to provide a space where clients will be more fully seen and heard as we together work to relieve their suffering.
