I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and Florida. I earned my master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and have specialized training in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over a decade of experience working with women, families and couples in a variety of settings including community settings and private practice. I have earned certification and additional training in the Gottman Method.

I work with women and couples utilizing a variety of approaches to address relational and personal concerns. My clients often seek counseling at a point where they believe their relationships are beyond repair. Communication has broken down, they lack trust, and intimacy no longer exists. Giving yourselves a chance to address this in therapy increases your chance of resolution. The goal of individual therapy to empower you to be your best self and find passion and joy in life. We’ll address everything you’re feeling, explore new options, and together develop a plan to help you reach your dreams and self-potential.

With over a decade of experience, I've learned that successful psychotherapy begins with a genuine collaborative relationship and connection with my clients - one formed in an environment of trust and safety, but with enough challenge to promote change. My style uses warmth, compassion, intuition, optimism, and collaboration.

I work from a person-centered and relational perspective, actively engaging with you to explore issues including relationship and career difficulties, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, life transitions, building confidence and self-esteem. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Family Systems.
