I received my master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. My professional background includes conducting both individual and group psychotherapy within private-practice, college counseling centers, community mental health, as well as hospital settings. I primarily utilize evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy but incorporate therapy techniques from other modalities based on the needs of individual clients. I have a genuine desire to have influence in the lives of others. I try to provide a safe environment for clients to discuss their struggles and work towards their goals. I value and respect diversity and enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults navigating phase of life concerns, who are coping with stress and challenges related to diversity, and who are battling symptoms associated with depression and anxiety. I am dedicated to offering non-judgmental therapeutic support necessary for improved mental health and well-being.
