Are you tired of feeling depressed or anxious, getting in your own way, or just feeling miserable without even knowing why? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to feel better? If so, I would love to provide you with the guidance, tools and strategies, and support you need to build a life you truly enjoy.

As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, I offer tools and strategies that research has shown to be effective for individuals who are depressed, anxious, not getting things done, or experiencing difficulties with eating/shape/weight or sleep. I also offer Gottman Couples Therapy -- tools and strategies to improve communication, conflict management skills, and friendship and intimacy for couples in distress. I love working with college students, and people who see me often express that the strategies and tools I offer have effectively addressed problems that have been lifelong or inadequately addressed by prior therapies.

To start the process of figuring out whether I am a good fit for your needs, text me your name, phone email address & security question and answer that only you know the answer to (e.g., 1st pet's name) at 267-368-2678 between 10AM and 5PM and look for 2 emails from me within the next 2 business days (check spam too).
