As a mental health provider my goal is to be a guide to your own natural ability to heal. Every person has developed their own means of coping and navigating their world that has allowed them to make it this far. Sometimes those ways of coping have been necessary for survival, but they are not allowing room for further growth. I want to partner with you as you explore new ways of coping and thriving. I seek to create an environment where your strengths are built upon and new, healthier patterns are explored as you learn to navigate your external and internal world with greater freedom.

I have worked in hospitals, schools and currently work in a university setting. I am experienced working with survivors of trauma. I approach trauma work with understanding that individuals can experience relief from trauma symptoms prior to or without discussing their traumatic experiences. I work with you to build your capacity for presence and regulation before entering into trauma work so it does not become an overwhelming experience.

Perhaps you have been thinking of reaching out to a therapist for the first time, or you are looking to continue/restart services with a different therapist. Reaching out to a new provider may feel daunting. I am happy to speak with you to determine if the services I offer are a fit for you.

I work with clients age 18 and up throughout Colorado. My practice is currently Teletherapy only. Please know that I am unable to work with current students of the University of Colorado Boulder as I have a conflict of interest. Text, call or message today if you would like to schedule a time to talk.
