Our Therapists are holistic and relationally-oriented in their approach with clients. We strongly believe in establishing a warm and safe therapeutic relationship in order to address the emotionally challenging conversations.
All Therapists are client-centered and have eclectic therapeutic approaches - utilizing various treatment approaches, such as CBT, DBT, relational, psychodynamic, mind-body oriented, somatic, EFT insight oriented, solution focused and mindfulness.
Our Therapists specialize in Therapy with young adults. We also provide Couples and Family Therapy. All Therapists work with clients managing symptoms related to Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Mood Disorders, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, gender identity exploration, life stressors and academic challenges. All therapists are trauma-informed.
