Therapy might seem intimidating, but I work from a very friendly and relatable approach. My style of therapy is affirming and non-judgmental. I like to think of our sessions as two humans co-navigating whatever challenge you’re going through—together. I’m just as curious about how your past shaped you as I am about your goals for the future.

On my therapy couch, it's safe to share your secrets, access your most vulnerable feelings, and truly feel seen by another person. However, I'll also gently challenge you (when appropriate!) because I believe that good therapy means seeing *actual* changes.

I specialize in working with low self-esteem: this includes negative self-talk, lack of boundaries, and social comparison. I also work from a compassion-based approach to help with additional issues including depression, social anxiety, big life transitions, and feeling lost or unclear about your purpose. When appropriate, I also use guided meditation and breathwork in our sessions.

If you're feeling stuck, unhappy, overwhelmed, or unmotivated, please reach out for a free chat to get started.
