My passion lies in helping individuals identify what "balance" and "wellness" means, looks like, and feels like to them at this point in time in their lives. Sometimes, we may need support in redefining "balance"/"wellness" as we evolve, and I hope I can be of support in this process. I specialize in working with anxiety, exploring one's relationship with food and one's body, eating disorders, relationships & dating, substance use, first generation students & professionals, and personality disorders/traits.
While I practice from a DBT-informed approach, I believe flexibility is an essential part of the therapeutic process; I will draw from other therapeutic approaches (within my scope of practice and competence) to support your needs, preferred learning styles, goals, and evolving needs.
I offer individual DBT skills coaching sessions; coaching sessions solely focus on learning the DBT skills and discussing individualized skill application.
I am currently providing online therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant, video platform. I also have a few openings for in-person sessions for fully vaccinated individuals.
