Liberation-Based Therapy is a psychotherapeutic group practice that supports mental health and wellness through the lens of liberation-based healing practices. The work offered is emotionally-focused, culturally affirming with a strengths-based perspective.

OUR AREAS OF FOCUS
We focus on BIPOC, immigrant communities / stories , LGBTQIA2S+/GNB and intimate partnerships, including integrated families and open relationship structures. We work with individuals, couples, families and small groups in treatment therapy, and provide wellness screenings for individuals and wellness work within arts organizations.

Through the lens of liberation-based healing practices, we will assist you in a process of validation, reflection, and questioning so that you can gain insight and feel more emotionally connected in your life.

Our approach is people-centered and supportive. We believe in the liberation of people through their stories.
