I have 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with young adults struggling with anxiety, mood issues, life transitions, and relationship issues. I individualize treatment by using an integrative approach that involves a combination of evidenced-based therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic (insight-oriented) , CBT and DBT (skill building).
