Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing individual psychotherapy. My practice focuses on young adults and adults with mood disorders, substance use, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance and tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs.

I am on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital. My prior clinical experience includes community mental health, school-based therapy, and substance use treatment. I completed a postgraduate fellowship in psychodynamic therapy and am currently in advanced dialectical behavior (DBT) training. I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge and skillset.

I offer an eclectic blend of insight-oriented therapy and skills-based treatment. I utilize a team-based approach, referring to and collaborating with outside providers. I work closely with clients to identify and resolve underlying issues, cope with distressing symptoms, and lead meaningful lives, whatever that looks like to them.
