Welcome! I work with college/graduate students and adults with concerns related to anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism, relationships, and self-esteem. I also work with survivors of sexual assault. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, I am here to offer support. My practice is via telehealth, and I see clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Colorado.
I aim to support you in building self-trust, increasing self-understanding, leaning into your strengths, and working toward your goals. I strive to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel free to be your full self, explore your inner world, and challenge yourself. I draw from several therapy approaches, and adapt my style to fit your needs. I see us as partners in your growth and healing.
I know that finding a therapist who is a great fit can be a difficult process. I invite you to explore more about what it might be like to work with me at my website, and reach out to schedule a free consultation call to connect more. I can answer any questions you might have about working together.
*Note: I am in-network with various insurances in Massachusetts and Colorado, but I am out-of-network in New Hampshire.
