Together, we will clarify your goals for treatment and work towards them in a supportive and understanding environment. I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation, ensuring that your therapy experience is as unique as you are.
As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining my experience, education, creativity, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported as we work together to achieve your goals.
