Thank you for being here and for showing up for yourself. I consider it a privilege to be able to take part in this journey with you, and I acknowledge the courage and strength that it takes to take this first step. I’m a bilingual and bi-cultural therapist that enjoys working with folks of all backgrounds. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of concerns, including depression/anxiety, complex trauma, family conflict, stress management, boundary settings, life transitions, relationship issues, and communication difficulties. I have a warm, interpersonal style. I value the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment in which clients can empower, explore, and understand themselves. My approach to working with clients is collaborative and holistic.

I understand the process of finding “the right therapist” can be challenging. If you’re on the fence about whether therapy is right for you, I encourage you to schedule a free video/phone consultation and get a better sense if we’ll be a good fit for one another.
