Have you ever found yourself moving through life, disconnected from who you feel you are or confused about what step to take next in your journey? As a therapist, I work to provide a safe space to be heard and get back in touch with the deeper part of your authentic self. I have a passion for working with adults of all ages navigating life transitions or new experiences, often under significant pressure. Whether your pain is anxiety, grief, or just general stress, I can walk with you along your path of healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia. In addition to providing therapy, I have previous experience working in engineering, corporate management, and the non-profit community with a focus throughout on building relationships to work through challenges. My career path has given me a unique appreciation for people’s diverse perspectives and strengths, which allows me to connect and collaborate to help each individual find peace amidst their most relevant personal challenges and fears.

In therapy, I use a holistic approach to support you in exploring and developing your innate strengths. This can include rediscovering your personal connections to the world through spirituality, nature, and creativity. I believe the mind and body work in sync and often incorporate mindfulness to help expand awareness to address your unique needs.

I am truly honored to share in the complex and beautiful process of growth with each person. When space is created to understand and acknowledge pain, you can begin to find peace and meaning. I invite you to email me or call today to ask any questions you have or to set up a time to meet.
