Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

I am a relational therapist who specializes in attachment and relational wounds, which can feel like low self worth, difficulties in relationships, and family conflict. My approach to therapy is authentic, collaborative and modern. I truly value establishing a genuine connection with you in order to foster a safe space where you feel most comfortable to come as you are. I acknowledge the vulnerability it takes to ask for help and as your therapist, my hope is that you view me as a trusted and responsive support in your healing journey.

I am certified in neuroscience and trauma with experience working in college mental health, inpatient hospitals, outpatient settings, and alternative schools placements.
