Since becoming a therapist in 2011, I have been helping women challenge the messages they've been given about who they are and what they're worth. We live in a society where we're taught that women are only valuable if they're selfless and productive. If we take a break from checking things off a mental to-do list, we should feel guilty. If we prioritize our own wellbeing, we should feel ashamed of our "selfishness." If this sounds like your experience and it's causing you to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure of who you are and what you want, let's talk!

I focus on women's issues through an integrated approach that combines feminist, cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and humanistic methods of therapy. We'll work together to discover your unique interests, values, and needs and help you feel confident in proudly owning them all!

I offer online therapy in CA, OR, PA, and FL, take Aetna, Optum/United, and BCBS of MA insurance, or provide a Superbill to be submitted for potential out-of-network reimbursement. To book a free phone consultation, visit enoughalreadytherapy.com.
