We will address self-care, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, boundary setting, and exploring and increasing wellness in your life. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and together, we can work on reconnecting with that "you" at your best. At times, we lose sight of ourselves; we take on too much, we skip meals, sacrifice sleep, and simply don't take care of ourselves. We lose our connection to our innate "superpowers" and we need to reset, reboot and restart.
