My approach to counseling draws from existential-humanistic theory, Gestalt therapy, and CBT/DBT. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, sexual issues, spiritual concerns, substance use, ADHD, major life transitions and identity issues.
