Hello,

We are a practice of ten therapists that specialize in anxiety, neurodiversity, depression, managing chronic stress, and trauma. We have therapists that are members of the BIPOC community and therapists that are bilingual. We practice EMDR, ACT, IFS and many other types of therapy models.
