Salvia Artman

Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 14 days ago

I have specialized training and experience working with graduate students in high stress academic programs (e.g., Law School and PhD programs), students with relational concerns, students experiencing climate-anxiety/climate-grief in relation to climate change, and processing interpersonal trauma.

I am committed to providing trauma-informed, multicultural-oriented, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and climate-aware therapy. I utilize a holistic framework in therapy and explore client concerns using a sociocultural and systemic lens. Furthermore, I integrate scientific research, client data, and clinical expertise to provide evidence-based practice.

I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Utah, my doctoral internship at Duke University, and a trauma-focused postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
