Currently, I provide virtual/online appointments through a HIPAA-compliant client portal.

My clinical specialties include helping people cope with stress more effectively in relationships and academic or professional pursuits, find their way through difficult life transitions of their own or in their families, and process traumatic events they have experienced or witnessed. I also help people learn how to more effectively manage a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and symptoms of psychosis.

My approach is integrative (tailored to you), collaborative (we are a team), client-centered (begins with and builds on your own understanding), strengths-focused (develops your strengths to foster greater resilience), and trauma-informed (our relationship becomes a safe space for processing and releasing difficult thoughts and emotions).
