I love what I do. As a therapist, I have the privilege of walking with people during a part of their life journey, and it’s incredibly rewarding.

Coming into adulthood is a major life transition that can involve feelings of doubt and uncertainty. It is common to ask the question “am I doing this right?” The truth is, there is no one right way to “adult” - it is about finding YOUR way.

It wasn’t too long ago that I was a young adult myself. Since then, I have worked as a therapist with young adults at a college counseling center and in community mental health. I can help you develop your inner compass so you feel more prepared to face the challenges and gifts that come with this particular time in life.

I work well with people who desire greater self-knowing. My clients are curious and self-reflective, and have experienced things that leave them feeling stuck, frustrated and uncertain. Together, we sort through the mess, look at it with compassion, and make meaning. Clients leave therapy with me knowing themselves and their values better, and feel able to make empowered choices in their lives.
