My focus is working with adolescents and young adults. However, all age groups are welcome. I help with ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficult transitions.

I offer a nice, welcoming personality that will help you to feel comfortable sharing your life experiences. Also, I offer mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy

My standpoint is non-judgmental and focused on helping you to feel comfortable throughout this process. I look forward to helping you find your way to a happier life and acceptance of yourself!
