Are you feeling overwhelmed? anxious? depressed? Is your mind racing and your body tense? Wonder why you can't just feel happy? Therapy looks a lot like a conversation with a good friend. But the gift is that it's a one-way friendship where it's all about you! You get to talk about whatever you want and need to say. I get to listen carefully, reflect what I hear to make sure you feel understood, affirm and encourage your strengths, and ask questions to clarify or help you think more deeply about your concerns.

I have significant experience working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal concerns, and wellness goals. I believe that you are the expert on you, but we all need help to move through this life. I can offer you support, encouragement, an outside perspective, and space to explore.

While life presents challenges, I believe that you are fundamentally strong and resilient. I'd love to partner with you on your journey. Please reach out and let's see if we'd be a good fit together.
