As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based techniques, as well as Somatic and Polyvagal based interventions, which I tailor to meet the unique needs of each client. I primarily work in Maternal and Perinatal mental health, mood disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management and I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower you to develop the skills and insights necessary for navigating life’s challenges and achieving your personal goals.
