Hello! I am an Art Therapist and Counselor working in the Pittsburgh area. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults and approach therapy from an experiential, feminist, multicultural approach. Through the use of art as well as traditional talk therapy, my goal in our work together is to facilitate greater self-acceptance, self-confidence, personal growth, and to empower you to create positive change. I believe art making has the power to heal and the magic to promote growth in a safe way, and offer this modality to you if you are interested.

I understand how being a student can contribute to incongruence in our daily lives and I have experience working with students from a variety of backgrounds. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA2s+ communities, adolescents, individuals with diverse multicultural and ethnic backgrounds, and with a variety of presenting concerns, including but not limited to: depression, sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, isolation, and self-esteem.

My goal is to create a safe, affirming and warm environment for you and to guide you in the art making process to help you feel empowered to create change. I hope to make your journey in therapy validating, supportive, and strive to make you feel heard, understood, and accepted
