We Are Strive !

Co-Directors Dr. Brett Kennedy and Tracy Markle, MA, LPC lead a team of dynamic psychotherapists invested in helping our clients strive towards better mental health and wellness. Strive means making great efforts to achieve or obtain something. Psychotherapy is the process that encourages, facilitates, challenges, and guides those efforts to achieve personal goals, obtain relief and recovery from painful psychological and relational challenges.

We specialize in working with young adults and college students, and the unique challenges and stressors that they face during this time of transition and exponential growth.
