In our work together it is my ultimate goal to help you overcome life's challenges and experience a vital, joyful and purposeful life. My clinical training is deeply rooted in a humanistic/holistic approach to treatment and utilizes many experientially based interventions. My style is solution focused, yet creative.

A licensed clinician of 27 years, I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, families and couples, addressing a multitude of mental health concerns.
