At The Better You Institute, we understand the struggles that students go through. It can be difficult being away from home for the first time (or still too close to home and not feeling like you have enough freedom), navigating new professors, workload, social life, career trajectory - everything! We work best with students who feel like they’re carrying the weight of the world while trying to hold it all together.

Maybe you're the one everyone goes to for help, but deep down, you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. You might be navigating complicated family dynamics, trying to figure out who you are in relationships, or just feeling stuck in your own head. If you’ve ever felt like you're too much and not enough at the same time, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.

Our therapists specialize in helping high-achieving, thoughtful students who want more out of life but are hitting emotional roadblocks. We offer a safe, judgment-free space to unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface, build confidence, and learn how to have stronger, more fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.

Whether you're struggling with identity, burnout, family trauma, or just want a space to be truly seen, we’re here to help you grow into the version of yourself you're ready to become! Through bringing awareness to key factors of your life, and skill building, you will graduate therapy with your feet on the ground and a positive path forward.
