Hello and Welcome,

We specialize in grief, loss, caregiving and any kind of transition. Divorce, moving and break ups all constitute loss. Anxiety often manifests at these times. We use Shadow Work, Somatic exercises, Phil Stutz's The Tools and other techniques to balance both the deeper work and coping day to day and week by week. Offering a safe and supportive container, our virtual therapy is evidence based and compassionate. It's where function meets intuition.
