We offer psycho-educational classes that generate self-knowledge and self-advocacy.

We use group dynamics to cultivate community learning thru conversations structured around socio-emotional issues.

We provide vocabulary, skills and theoretical approaches to navigate emotional and interpersonal experiences.

We model respectful communication with different points of view.
This is a diverse online community of members from all over that cultivates:

Self- observation
Vocabulary for emotional experiences
Ways to cope with distress

Inter-personal relationship skills
Critical thinking

Classes cover practical information that helps students navigate the world of mental health resources.

Topics include:
Approaches to mental health

Theories of the mind/ body
Opportunities to exchange feedback

The Psychological Arts Group is not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. Some insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of these visits.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
