True Essence Therapy utilizes a combination of experiential (Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, IFS) and evidence based therapies (DBT, CBT, EMDR Therapy) to support clients building confidence in their life & relationships. We are open to all, though specialize in LGBTQ+ services. We love supporting folks in trauma recovery, with anxiety, with relationship themes, gender identity exploration, in exploring spirituality that is right for them/or not at all, in how to work support their neurodivergence, and how to feel more comfortable being your true self in the world.
