Therapy can help you acknowledge, honor, and create space for painful experiences while also cultivating a sense of well-being and a life you're proud of. Our work will focus on valued living - living a life that is consistent with who you are, what's important to you, what you want to stand for, and how you want to move through this world, despite hardship.

I strive to create a safe space for you to explore where you are at in life, where you want to go, and how we can get you there together. I’ll walk alongside you (and cheer you on!) as you realize your own strengths, connect to your values, and begin living life in the ways that are most meaningful to you.
