Are you needing a space to process emotions and experiences? Are you feeling nervous, anxious or struggling to cope with your worries? Have you experienced trauma in your life and noticing it affecting your life today? Are you wanting to improve your relationship with food and/or your body? Maybe you are wanting to discover more about yourself and how you navigate the world. In sessions, you can learn techniques or coping skills and dedicate time to your emotional wellbeing.

In my approach as an experiential and relational therapist, I believe in both allowing time to process and also focusing on making change. This means we will process different experiences and also talk about coping and behavioral changes during our sessions together.

Working on your mental health is a lifetime process as you will encounter different life experiences. It’s a unique experience to be able to sit with someone and be allowed into their life. I know this can be nerve wracking. I meet people where they are as it takes time to build trust with someone to eventually share your story.
