I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged or pressured. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s affecting you.

I work primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the emotional challenges of everyday life. As someone of South Asian background, I understand how culture, family expectations, and identity can shape the way we understand ourselves and our relationships. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and value getting to know each individual's unique experiences.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to support you as you work toward greater understanding, healing, and growth. At the same time, I won't be afraid to gently challenge you when it can help you move forward, understand yourself more deeply, or approach a situation in a new way. I will meet you where you are. You are not alone.
