I tailor treatment to each individual and offer a safe environment where I listen without judgment. I enjoy working with eating disorders and offer a warm and supportive way of understanding recovery. Therapy is a process, and I am here to help in identifying triggers, managing the symptoms and overcoming difficulties.
I am working with children, adolescents and young adults facing a range of challenges including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma. I follow an integrated therapeutic approach, combining: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, DBT. I am offering culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.
My background consists of providing individual and family therapy which has included providing treatment to children, adolescents, college students, and adults with a variety of presenting concerns. I work under the clinical direction and supervision of Amy Smith-Barnes, Psy.D. I encourage you to contact me with any questions and look forward to connecting with you.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
